SUMMARY:Women's Empowerment Self-Defense
DESCRIPTION:Anya Wright of Empower Martial Arts and Self Defense will join us in a series of 4 separate workshop opportunities. Anya Wright has been studying martial arts for 15+ years and is trained in Judo\, Jiu-jitsu\, and has  their second-degree black belt in Karate through the Manitoulin School of Martial Arts. These workshops will allow participants to build confidence\, awareness\, and practical skills in a supportive space\, designed to help women feel safe. \nEach workshop is a standalone session – please choose the one that works best for you.
