DESCRIPTION:3:00 PM: Sacred fire lighting\n5:00 PM: Sweat Lodge Ceremony and Teachings begin with a feast to follow \nLimited parking available. Registration is encouraged. \nItems to bring: \n\nSemma / Tobacco for prayer and offerings.\nChange of Clothes: Bring a change of clothes for after the ceremony.\nCo-ed Ceremony: This ceremony is co-ed\, and participants are expected to dress modestly and respectfully.\nMale Attire: Males are asked to bring shorts and a towel. Shirts are also acceptable.\nFemale Attire: Females are asked to wear a t-shirt (no tank tops) and a ribbon skirt or nightgown. A sports bra is recommended to avoid potential hazards associated with underwire bras.\n2-Spirit and Inclusive: Individuals who identify as 2-Spirit or have specific needs or preferences are encouraged to wear clothing that makes them feel comfortable and respected.\n\n**This is an alcohol / drug free ceremony / event.** \n*We invite all participants to actively contribute to the preparation of the ceremony and clean up afterward.
