A journal will be provided, and supplies will be available during group time.

Participants will have an opportunity to experiment with different materials, connect with the earth, and each other. Prompts provided by the facilitator weekly, relating to the theme of each group.

About the Facilitator: Nicole is a Polish/Dutch second generation Canadian, counsellor and artist that has recently completed diplomas in Art and Expressive Arts Therapy with the Winnipeg Holistic Expressive Arts Therapy Institute.
