DELIGHT AOK -Wellness Program for Elders August 5- September 25, 2025 Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Location:  AOK Forever Young Centre Welcome to DELIGHT - Come enjoy movement, food, and laughter!  This 8-week program is perfect for older adults (55+) who want to boost energy, enjoy good company, and reconnect with their wellness goals.  No pressure, no judgement! Each class blends gentle physical activity, nutritious snacks, and time to connect with others as we discuss ways to reduce the risk or progression of dementia. This program is open to everyone.  The teachings support Elders and the care partners of Elders who are experiencing memory changes, are living with dementia, or self-identify as at risk of dementia.
