The Noojmowin Teg Health Centre DWT offers a culturally appropriate approach to diabetes self-management. Services are available to those living both on and off reserve within the Manitoulin District.
Services may be offered in person (clinic/home), virtually or phone based.

- Prenatal nutrition
- Nutrition during breastfeeding
- Infant/toddler/child/adolescent nutrition
- Family nutrition
- Nutrition in the management of blood pressure, blood fats, obesity, fatty liver
- Diabetes prevention and pre-diabetes management
- Altered GI Function (gastroparesis, IBS, crohns/colitis, etc.)
- Nutrition with Elders
- Disordered eating behaviors and food relationships

Noojmowin Teg Health Centre Advanced Foot Care offers culturally appropriate foot care services related to nail and skin.
Services are available to those living both on and off reserve within the Manitoulin District. Services may be offered in person or in home (dependent on individual needs).

- Nail and skin foot care
- Fungal or thickened nail care
- Callus reduction
- Athletes foot, plantar warts, etc.
- Chiropody and orthotic referrals
- Off-loading device fittings and application
