Each class blends gentle physical activity, nutritious snacks, and time to connect with others as we discuss ways to reduce the risk or progression of dementia. This program is open to everyone. The teachings support Elders and the care partners of Elders who are experiencing memory changes, are living with dementia, or self-identify as at risk of dementia.
