    3:00 PM: Sacred fire lighting 5:00 PM: Sweat Lodge Ceremony and Teachings begin with a feast to follow Limited parking available. Registration is encouraged. Items to bring: Semma / Tobacco for prayer and offerings. Change of Clothes: Bring a change of clothes for after the ceremony. Co-ed Ceremony: This ceremony is co-ed, and participants are expected to dress modestly and respectfully. Male Attire: Males are asked to bring shorts and a towel. Shirts are also acceptable. Female Attire: Females are asked to wear a t-shirt (no tank tops) and a ribbon skirt or nightgown. A sports bra is recommended to avoid potential hazards associated with underwire bras. 2-Spirit and Inclusive: Individuals who identify as 2-Spirit or have specific needs or preferences are encouraged to wear clothing that makes them feel comfortable and respected. **This is an alcohol / drug free ceremony / event.** *We invite all participants to actively contribute to the preparation of the ceremony and clean up afterward.
