Anya Wright of Empower Martial Arts and Self Defense will join us in a series of 4 separate workshop opportunities. Anya Wright has been studying martial arts for 15+ years and is trained in Judo, Jiu-jitsu, and has their second-degree black belt in Karate through the Manitoulin School of Martial Arts. These workshops will allow participants to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills in a supportive space, designed to help women feel safe.
